- Copyright and Ownership
All images, content, and materials provided on this website are owned by Corinne Boback Photography and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any images or content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
- Booking and Payment
When booking a session or purchasing a print, partial payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but any booked sessions will honor the agreed-upon price.
- Session Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients may reschedule or cancel a session with 7 days’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than7 days’ notice may incur a fee.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding locations, times, and any special requests or preferences for their session. I aim to create a personalized experience, but I require clear communication from clients to do so effectively.
- Image Delivery and Usage
Images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe via an online gallery or other specified method. Clients are able to use the images for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of images requires prior consent.
- Liability
While we take all necessary precautions during shoots and events, Corinne Boback/Corinne Boback Photography is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during a session.
- Privacy
I respect your privacy. Any personal information shared through this site will only be used for booking and communication purposes. For more information, please review our privacy policy.
